First determine the reactants and the products. The reactants are on the left side of the "yield" or "arrow." While the products are on the right side. You can only add coefficients to the front of the chemical formula. Coefficients are whole numbers that are used to show how many "sets" or "units" there are for that particular formula. Do not change the subscripts. Subscripts are the small numbers that tell you the number of atoms for that particular element. Remember: once you add coefficients you now have to multiple the coefficient with the subscript to determine the number of atoms for the element. The number of atoms for each element needs to be equal on both sides of the "arrow."

Now going back to your question: I am not to sure what your reactants and products are. Please let me know exactly what the question reads and I'll respond back.
