    Is She Full Of Herself.
Well today I think I screwed up. I told her that I thought it was stupid of me to tell her that I liked her. She responded by saying its OK lot of my friends have had crushes on her. Is she a conceded b**** or what?

I don't think she was trying to be conceded. I think she was in an akward situation when you said that you thought it was stupid of you to tell her you liked her. Were you trying to make her feel badly for her not expressing feelings back? I think had you asked her out or asked her if she had any interest in you, that you may have gotten a more reasonable response.

After, reading your post I think you are right I was trying to make her feel badly for her not expressing feelings back. What do I do next to fix it.

    Hi,
Learning what to say, and not, to girls takes some time; something new comes up almost every day!
You made a mistake. Talk with her and tell her you are sorry. That's all you can do. You may or may not be able to "fix it".
If she doesn't want to go out with you, then start talking with new girls.

I just need to forget about women and drink more. Women aren't worth the trouble.:(

I agree you have little or no chance to get any woman. I would get one of your male buddies and go see Brokeback Mountain. You will have a better chance if you go that route;)

I guess I should be angry with your comment, but I agree its time to accept being alone and deal with it.

jamesbond21, this is one girl. I would take some time to work on your own self-esteem and find what makes you happy. Girls love a happy fun guy with a good self worth. You will find the person that is right for you but not by moping or drinking more.

I'm not moping it just drinking makes it easier to be alone. Really I'm starting not to give a damn about her anymore.

    Hi,
I do hope you won't hold this against all women. Everyone has choices to make and if she decides she doesn't want you as a friend anymore, then that's her choice. No one can have everyone as a friend! That would be like thinking that one can please everyone all the time... not true.
That's why friends come and go, with making new friends, meeting new people. Some of us are lucky sometimes in finding someone who will stay a good friend for a long time.
I have been wrong many times in my life. One thinks about it, learns from it if there is anything to learn, and moves on with one's life.

I understand that's just the way life goes, but I'm the type person that's doesn't show emotion all that much. Then when I do let my guard down and this happens the shield goes back up and more bitter and distrusting of people in any situation.

If you like to party and go out and have some drinks-find a girl who likes to do the same-trust me there are plenty of them out there. When I drink when I'm depressed, it makes me even more depressed. Sure it's fun or OK when I am drunk, but then when I go home and am all alone, it makes me want to die. Not a smart thing to do really. Drink for socializing-not for healing heartaches or rejection-aches.

Okay I didn't make the story up about the girl, but I'm bull****ting about the way I feel. I really don't care about it any more I'm just bored and trying to get people to respond to my post. Thanks for the brokeback idea I might just do that lol.
