Heavy Periods, Blood Clots, and on the PILL
I been on the PILL since Feb. 26, 2008. I'm experiencing heavy periods and releasing large blood clots. Why is this happening, if the PILL is suppose to control all these symptoms? I'm VERY anemic and the PILL seems not to work. Why even bother being on the PILL? It's a WASTE of my MONEY.

It may just be a matter of trying a different pill. Each one can effect individual women differently. Check with your doctor about other options. In some cases, the pill may not be the best choice.

My doctor did give me different options, but fear the symptoms of these options. I think my bleeding heavily and blot clots would INCREASE. I'm already anemic. Losing blood like this is not a very good thing. This could lead to having another blood transfusing. I'm not TRYING to go through that AGAIN. My doctor better come up with something better then what she has prescribed or a patient will be lost.
