    Florida eviction
I have a tenant who has paid his rent late for the last 5 months by 15 - 20 days each time. Now he has not even paid the last month and does not intend to pay. Can I evict him?

Yes, you can evict him but you must go through the proper legal eviction procedures to do this.

I'd love to be a landlord in Florida. Eviction happen quickly and it's a very landlord friendly state. First you must give him a 3 day notice to pay or quit. If he fails to pay... proceed to court. Tenants in FL. Can usually be legally evicted within 2 weeks.
