Outside air conditoning unit not coming on
My outside air unit is not coming on. It has electric to it and my furnace fan comes on. I think the thermostat wire to the outside unit had been pulled out and I don't know where they attach to and what colors should be attached

Just reattach the same color to the same color to be safe. Very easy to do. If the wires are completely torn out then you will have to follow the wiring diagram on the access door to the outside unit.

Wires are completely pulled out and no sign of where they went. The diagram in the inside is not readable at all. Can I email u a picture of it . There is two blue wires on each side of where the hot and ground wires are connected but that is about the only thing That looks like it could be possible

Usually the connections for the low voltage are on the sides of the contactor.
DO NOT connect to the high voltage wires(larger and usually on the ends of both sides of the contactor.
