    Eating sugar diabetes
I am worried about getting diabetes. I eat a lot of sugar and wasn't sure whether too much sugar causes diabetes? I am not fat and there isn't a history of diabetes in my family, but I am v worried. Will too much sugar cause diabetes? Is artificial sweetener going to cause diabetes?

Eating a lot of sugar makes you thick. That can lead to diabetes.
Artificial sweetener can lead to cancer.
Just reduce your sugar input, and skip sweeteners.
You know that is better. What is stopping you?

    I agree with the above.
But I also want to add, there are natural sweetners that are supposed to be better, like honey and stevia. And if you want sweetness, I'd try more fruit. You get the sweetness but its healthier than sugar
