I have 10 years of probation for a felony. I have been on for two years and things are OK. I want to ask for early termination. Once I reach the 5 year mark, however I have a no early termination order. I have asked lawyers about it, and the say I will be able to terminate early regardless of the original order since I was convicted 10 years ago. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get this done? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

There will be a large book of all the rules of probation, If you meet the requirements for it, you can request it. And of couse it will be up to the judge with the probation officers recommendation

If the attorney who gave you this advice is so sure about you getting an early termination, then by all means have him file the necessary paperwork.
