When you say, "make a move," do you mean physically? If you do, then I say don't make the move.

If you really like her, and want a relationship with her, then tell her how you feel. Say you want to be more than friends, that kind of thing. Don't just randomly reach over and kiss her.

What I am getting from this is you want to physically make a move on her. Can you be more clear on your intentions with this girl?

If the move is to grab her hand while walking along in the mall, do that.

If the move is to buy her a rose and give it to her on her doorstep, with a confession that you like her more than she realizes... do that.

If the move is to make a sexual advance on a friend out of the blue, DON'T DO THAT.

You don't need to make a move, if your talking and listening to each other.
