I have an 2003 Dodge Ram and I am having an issue with the Air Conditioner. The Air is cold but it does not blow out very strong even on maximum. This past winter if someone was riding in the passenger seat they would complain that they could feel cold air coming from the passenger side floorboard.. not sure if that would mean anything also? Is there anyone who knows about this problem? Please give me some ideas. Thanks!

I just took my truck into the dealer today. I was told it was a common problem but there was not a recall. It cost me 475.00 to fix. My blower motor is working but air is not coming from the vents. It was the flap that changes it from outside air to recirculate air. It's ridiculous. It is a known problem that Dodge is using to make bucks off loyal customers. I will no longer be a Dodge fan.

Yep, that's a damper door and you can get it fixed at Master radiator if you have one near you for less then the dealer. I have two rams and will not take them to the dealer for this anymore. (way to costly here in MI)
