Pay the amount you owe. Not being harsh but if you had a judgement placed against you from a court then that is what happened and if you are in a state that allows wage garnishment they will do that also. Did you receive a notice to appear in court? How old is the debt? You can go to the bank and have them give you a copy of the order that allows the creditor to "freeze' your account and that will have the information you need to contact the creditor
