    Can you restate your question, I'm not clear on what you mea. Are you saying the neutral wire and the ground are reversed? What instrument helped you determine the wires were reversed?

    I agree, the question as asked (if there is one) is pretty vague.

    When using one of those plug-in testers, a reading of "hot/gnd reversed" is an indication of an open neutral.
