How do I lose pounds fast? Or is there a really good toning thing that works and also help lose a bit of weight?

I went on an all vetegable diet with no meats and loss a lot of weight

Ive been onn and off dieting for 19 years, the only one that ever really worked was atkins and it was damned fast but boring, all meat eggs fish and cheese.
There is never any quick fix, best thing to do is more exercise, eat smaller portion, but more often during the day, not too much strach like potatoes pasta and bread, more fibre, and don't crash diet! You'll hurt yourself, good luck, but you look fine as you are!
