    City tax
I own 2 lots with a mobile in Arkansas.I qualify for homestead. There is 2 others city tax that is not cover under homestead, road and recreation. The one for road tax wants to foreclose on my property. Can they do that even though I also have homestead?

I have 2 lots with mobile in Arkansas.I have homestead that cover my state taxes. I owe nothing to the state. I also have to pay 2 different city taxes that is not covered by homestead. One tax is for road improvement and the other is recreational improvement. I am behind on them. Now 1 of them wants to foreclose on my property. Can they take my property or will they only put a lien on my property.

I don't believe they can "foreclose" but they should be able to sell it for back taxes.

Thanks for taking a stab at the question, fr; I couldn't figure out the facts and questions, and still don't understand them. Can you be more specific, melody? Thanks.
