I cannot find any large tile ready shower pans. I need at least a 72 inch by 32 inch pan. Any ideas where, or do I have to make a custom one? I thought maybe by taking a 60 x 32 and then butting another pan up against it I could come up with some semi-custom concept.?

I think I may have found a 36" x 72" terrazzo shower base. Check out this link for more info. The telephone number of manufacturer and webpage address is at the bottom of the page:

Look at model 36D and model 36DD at bottom of 2nd page at the specification sheet. These are heavy floors! Call and ask if they have some that are molded from plastics.

Another option is to build your pan from scratch. How to Build a Shower Pan
A 60" pan is the normal max size since a tub would also be 60", most builders try to stay in this range. Have you stood in a 72" shower pan, its pretty darn large.
