    Levying someone's business bank account
I have a two year old judgment against someone in small claims court for $100.00. This man has made no payment arrangements at all. He is a local business man who owns and operates a construction company. Is there any way to place a levy on his business bank account and if so how is this done. If this can not be done what is the best course of action. Thanks!

IF his business is incorporated, and the judgment is against him in person and not his company then no, you can't touch the business account.

You would have to go after his personal account, or attempt to levy personal property, or have a lien placed against his home, if he is an owner/buyer of the home.
