My puppy is like a guard dog!
So I have a 8 month old morkie (yorkie/Maltese) And every time someone walks in the door... say he is laying on the bed with me... he goes nuts whenever he hears that door open... he barks and is just nuts... I hold his collar and tell him to sit and I say"leave it!" he does not listen.. and then my other problem is when someone does come in the door.. besides him barking and everything is they walk in the same room as him he goes nuts like he freaks out... when he sees these people everyday... and once I let him go he will stand on stand on the bed if you are right there and he will bark and bark and bark until you give him attention... and when you pick him up he goes nuts licking your face he does it so fast I have no idea why... and then the other thing is when people at my house come home he goes nutsss licks them and wants to play but when I come home he goes nuts for a few seconds and then walks away.. im him mom! LOL... and... he pees when he sees people or people hold him... like he gets too excited... but he never did that before.. he never use to pee on anyone so I don't know what that is all about.

You need to ignore him, turn your back on him and do not give him attention when he is acting like this. Ony pet him when he quiets down.
When anyone leaves the home to not tell him by just go when you come home do not tell him hello just come in and go about your business. He will soon catch on that no matter how nuts he goes that will not get him attention. Everyone in the home needs to do this as well as visitors.

I would really, really, really recommend getting a book called THE PUPPY WHISPERER by PAUL OWENS. I have learned so, so much from it. There are also several other books like it that really approach puppy and dog training in completely new ways. To give you an idea of the direction you need to be taking, think about your dog's behavior in this way: instead of deciding what you want your do NOT to do, decide what it is that you want him TO do, and teach him how to do that. i.e.. instead of saying I want my dog to stop barking and creating a scene when a guest arrives, you say I want my dog to sit quietly behind me when a guest arrives. There's a distinct difference. If you are always telling your dog what not to do, he isn't learning what it is that you actually want him to be doing, and in that way he doesn't know what the searched for behavior actually is. If you look at the book I suggested, you'll see that there is a section that specifically explains in different steps how to solve your problem. I think that dog training is so much better this way, and it's a whole lot nicer for both you AND your pup. Good luck!

One more thing! That kind of peeing is very, very normal. It's called submissive urination, and it happens in dogs from 6 months to a year and a half. It's actually kind of a good thing. It is also something that dogs will totally outgrow. Your pup is in that age range. You should never, ever scold your dog for submissive urination because it's their way of saying that you're the boss AND they can't control it. You will only create problems for them in the future. You need to get some really good training books, friend. And it wouldn't hurt if you took him into some classes.
