Does it have a hook looking part off the bobbin with a home in it, and a slide or plate on the side of the bobbim that acts as the tennsion

Are you trying to fill your bobbin with thread or are you trying to thread the machine?
I have threaded the machine: I am just trying to thread the bobbin so I can sew!
Does your machine have a screw like device that you can put the thread through... not all machines have the wire hook.
It has at the left where the slide plate is a screw that goes up when I slide the plate back to drop the bobbin in and goes down when I close the slide plate.Quote:
