I am looking for information to start a cookie dough business to supply to local businesses.
To supply to businesses, you would have to get your kitchen inspected by the health inspector and pass all of the rules. Your home would need to be zoned for part time business use ( may require zoning change) which includes hearing before local boards depending on the current class.
You would need product liability insurance ( in case someone claimed they were poisioned
In addition to the very fine answer above, it would help to know what kind of cookie dough it is that you would like to supply to local businesses in order to answer you the best, please?
