I need help searching for text in a PDF file. I downloaded the latest version of Adobe reader, but I still can't search for text in the file. I even use advanced search and it doesn't help. What more can I do?

What do you mean by "can't search"?

If your pdf file is a image , you cannot use the search function . Only text files can use search Funchtion.

I search for text strings in my PDF docs every day... using just the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Some docs I can even highlight text and copy it.

Thanks, I think this is the problem as I don't have this problem with other PDF files.
