    Tenant/landlord laws
If A Tenant Is On A Month To Month Agreement And He Gives Notice Of Moving Out The First Of The Month Is He Entitled To His Last Months Rent Back? He Also Did'nt Move Out Until The 14th Of The Month And Now He Wants The Last Months Rent Back That He Paid In The Beginning To Move In. Please Help

No he is not entitled to the last month's rent back. This last month's rent is to be used as that - last month's rent. Does not matter when he actually moved out after he gave notice. The last month's rent is to be used accordingly. You can, however, try and negotiate something with the landlord but don't be too surprised if the landlord is not too receptive to this idea.

    Could you be more specific,
Gave notice on >>>> give date
    Moved on what date...
What was the last date you paid your rent on.
