I gave my tenants 30 day notice since there lease is up. Now they won't pay the rent for the last month and also the water bill. What actions do I need to take?

If you have a security deposit, you can apply that towards any unpaid rental. As for the water bill that depends on whose name its in.

If the deposit does not cover what they owe, then you will have to sure them for the balance.
