Well I kind of know that. Lol I guess my question should have been more like how long can he go to jail or be put on probation and this is not his first crime he has some what of a record most when he was a juvenile but it can still affect him because it will be in front of the judge no matter what people say about your record getting dropped or going away it does not it stays with you for ever I know that from my own mistakes with braking the law in the past lol.

His Juv record can not normally be used in adult court. Prison max of about 3 years, my guess would be one year sentence about the most and then most likely out in 6 months.

But my guess, about 3 or 4 years probatoin and to pay back the money.
