    Outdoor Spigots Have Inconsistent Pressure
All of my outdoor spigots have inconsistent water pressure. Water comes out, but is splurty, so to speak, i.e. it runs, then stops and splurts for a second, then runs again. I have had a plumber look into this, but he could not fix it or figure out the source of the problem. I need to power wash my patio, and with this inconsistent pressure, the power washer doesn't work. My indoor water pressure is fine.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

Did the "plumber" remove the spigots and disassemble them? If the pipes in the house are fine and have about 45 psi then your spigots have 45 psi but are restricted by something such as debris which the plumber should have found if he took them apart.
