What is involved in a motion to discover?
Forgive me for any mistakes I may make involving this matter.
I went to court today and was ordered to produce an order of discovery.
What exactly does this consist of? It's concerning a credit card debt involving my business account. What am I supposed to turn over to this attorney? Also, an order of mediation has been issued. What exactly are they wanting here? Are they looking for some kind of ability to pay, a seizure, a judgement, a garnishment, payment plan?
Obviously I'm lost. Should I get an attorney to handle this or is it already too late?
Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

May I suggest you retain an attorney to represent your business. You could lose a lot more representing yourself in this situation.

I thank you for the helpful response. That's what I was leaning toward. I was hoping someone would just clear the fog, so to speak.
    Thanks again!!
