    What Should I Do Next?
I'm only asking for suggestions here, not the answers. Any suggestions would suffice. Thank you.

Kim Allred is relatively new as a supervisor, having
Been promoted only two months ago. Before her promotion,
She had worked for the company for seven
Years as a sales specialist in office equipment. There
Is no doubt that she is a whiz at selling office equipment.
Because of her accepted expertise in the field,
It was natural for her to be promoted when the supervisory
Opening in office equipment sales became
    Available.
Yesterday, Kim received a memo from her boss, Ed
Jackson, stating that all departmental plans for the next
Fiscal year were due by the end of the month, which
Was 10 days away. She immediately went into a panic.
She had never prepared a formal plan, and she had no
Idea what was required. After worrying over the matter
For a day, Kim decided that the best thing to do
Would be to ask Ed for some guidelines.
Kim: Ed, yesterday I received your memo regarding
Next year's plan. I've never prepared a formal
Plan, and frankly, I don't even know where to
    Start.
Ed: Calm down, Kim. I apologize for forgetting
That this is your first go-around in the planning
Process. What I am looking for is a plan for
Attaining the objectives that we agreed upon
For your department last month. In other
Words, the ABCs of how you plan to
    Accomplish each objective.
Kim: In other words, you want a written explanation
Of just how I expect to accomplish each
Objective. Just how detailed should this plan
Be, and what format are you looking for?
    Questions
    1. How would you answer Kim's questions if you
    Were Ed Jackson?
    2. How would you go about preparing this plan if
You were Kim Allred? (Suggest a framework for
    Kim to follow.)
    3. Do you think Kim's initial reaction to the
Planning process was unusual? Why or why
    Not?

I didn't ask you to, did I? I'm simply asking a question just like everybody else, so don't worry about it!

You didn't ask a question, you copy/pasted your homework question.

Not sure that this is any of your business, really!? If you don't like my questions then go on to something else and quit worrying about what I post.

Look I am sorry, I should have asked you, but since you think it is none of my business I will go somewhere else, please don't take this personally

    Sonador,

I'm not trying to get someone to do my homework for me, I'm just trying to get suggestions on the how I should answer the questions. Karma was just being really rude and didn't ask me if that's what I was doing. I would rather copy and paste, than type the entire question.

We're all members of this board so it is our business. You apparently missed one of the posted rules:

    Sonador,

That reply was not meant for you, I'm sorry.

You should have said (in my blunt opinion) this is a question for a class I am taking could you guys give me advice, on things I could say, but what are we to assume when you say a question that sounds like a text book question, we get the impression that you are trying to cheat, I know that was not your intention but that is how it makes me feel.
Also you should have put it in the topic "homework help" and it has rules on how you phrase questions there

    NK,
Couldn't rate your answer, but I do agree, it did look like homework.

    Pak,
You might like to rephrase the question or attempt an answer on your own and ask us to help you correct it or point out the mistakes or misinformation in your answer.
We don't mind helping but we will not answer something you should be answering.

So try to answer and show us you tried at least then we can go on from there and try to help you.

    NeedKarma,

Look I'm doing exactly what everybody else here does, I'm asking questions. I think that you could've asked me before just assuming that I was trying to get answers. I'm just trying to get suggestions on my questions, I'm not asking for the answers. You won't get anywhere in this world being as rude as you are...

    Sonador,

Thank you. I wasn't sure I was supposed to do that, I just recently signed up here, so I'm new at this. Thanks for your advice.

    Firmbeliever,

Thank you for your advice. Like I stated in my last post to Sonador, I wasn't sure I was supposed to do that before asking a question, I just recently signed up here, so I'm new at this. Thanks again for your advice.

So, how would you rephrase your question so that it would fit into the parameters that people are supposed to follow on this site, pak888? You would seem to know more about how to do that now. Correct?

I guess the due date for the homework has passed so it's no use for PAK anymore...
