Small bumps and cloudy odorless discharge
I am hyperconcerned about my vaginal area. I recently got medication for a bartholins cysts, and got the swab test for gon. And chalm. I have some bumps on the face of my vagina... not anywhere near the opening, I think maybe its from the shaving but I'm not sure. They aren't unusually painful, and they aren't red and alarming. I also have a cloudy odorless discharge occasion. Im very nervous. Could these be the subsequent of my meds? Or my previous cyst?

The bartholin glands creates the lubricant for your Vagina/Vulva. Medication for bartholins cysts? Sounds like the medication is still in your system to me and causing a slight reaction. Have you finished the medication?

I finished it about two weeks ago. I also shaved my vagina with a crappy razor. May this be the cause of the bumps? The bumps are very small and the only hurt if I try to squeeze them. They are only at the top of my vagina.. not anywhere near the lips and opening.

Mm I'm sorry but I think I'm lost to the actual position of the bumps-I would have to see a picture/photo to understand the acual position. The bartholin glangs/duct is down lower toward the bottom of the vagina-near the fourchette, while the skenes gland/ducts are toward the upper area toward the clitoris/urethra meatus, so I can't help you any further onthis one. I still think that you may have some slightly engorged sebaceous glands-nothing to worry about. But go to the doctor for a real diagnosis.
