So, you are giving your mom meds and you got them mixed up. Doesn't it say on the bottle of meds the dosage? Call the pharmacist right away and have him explain to you, or take the info and pills into him right away. Administering meds the wrong way is a life and death situation.
The M357 is Acetaminophen; Hydrocodone Tablet (500 mg;5 mg). Are you sure you have the marking of the Watson one correct? I cannot find a 249 in any of my formularies.
