"Where can I find legit bio claire sellers?"
Im dissapointed to say that I received a package of bio claire in the mail today that was previously used:mad:... seriously! The bottle cap was unscrewed, the protection seal broken, and there is literally finger impressions inside!:( I purchased from the same person on eBay before and the product was sent in perfect conditon. Bio claire has worked great for me (ive gotten 2 shades lighter thus far using bio claire and 1000mg Glut daily.) but I don't want to do business with that specific carrier any more.

Please help.

I bought the lotion from the same seller cheapestgadget on eBay. I tossed it because it seemed to be open. And I don't care about putting the name up. $20 for shipping? So I I would never recommend anyone buy from cheapestgadget on eBay.

"OMG, I can't believe you were dealing with the same guy!" Check his page out on eBay and you will see the negative feed back I gave him. Im still in denial about what happened though.
I found another website I can get the same product from.. they seem legit, you you never know.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience on eBay. The item you purchased obviously is not as it was described in the listing. Most sellers on eBay have buyer protection if you paid with PayPal (and you always should). To add an extra layer of protection, always fund your PayPal payment with a credit card (always free to the buyer).

To resolve your issue, log into PayPal and file a dispute for an item "Significantly not as described." Escalate to a claim immediately.

In this way, you'll likely get your money back and the seller will receive a strike. That counts much more with eBay than feedback does.

PayPal claims must be filed within 45 days from the date of payment.

I get my products from beautyofnewyork.com. They were on eBay but the site is fine. I have had no problems, quick shipping and everything is SEALED.

AmorJade, I noticed that in the feedback you left for the seller, you did not indicate that there was a problem with the product being used - just that you were not satisfied with it.

I got an email from "the guy" today. He tells me that he would have shipped me a new bio claire product if I wouldn't have complained... (I think that is total BS) Even if he shipped another bio claire product to me I wouldn't trust it!!

I really had nothing against the guy. I had done business with him in the past...
But this time the item was damaged and obviously previously used. So I'm assuming he ships the item off in perfect condition the first time. (just to get good feed back) Then send the "BS" product the next time.. Idk.. the whole incident is shifty to me.

Yes, I just looked at all the feedback you've left on eBay. It looks as if eBay is not a good place for you. You're leaving poor less than positive feedback without even contacting your sellers. These are people who, for the most part, sell from their homes. They're not giant companies.

eBay gives a series of steps for members to follow on its feedback page. eBay is is not for everyone - particularly for those who communicate their dissatisfaction via feedback and don't give their sellers a chance to make it right when an error is made.

I'm not buying that. A seller can't control the mail, or if an item breaks. But the sellers knows when something is opened and used, repackaged and resold. The seller just tries to pass if off to someone else. This same eBay seller (cheapestgadget) sold me a product with the seal broken, opened and used. I am a reasonable person, and this is not acceptable for a product as personal as this. It's actually dangerous. What if the product was returned with a poison in it. Then cheapestgadget is liable. It's irresponsible, and there are no excuses!

eBay sellers are humans, most working out of their homes. Mistakes do happen. We will never know what resolution might have been because the original poster did not communicate with her seller.

I also gave the appropriate steps to follow to get her funds back, but she's not interested in that, apparently.

Original poster also had a chance to warn other buyers about receiving used product. She didn't do that, either.

Of course used cosmetics are a huge problem. But how can the problem be addressed if the issue is never discussed?

Person to person communication is the only way eBay will ever work. They can't fix what's wrong if there's no contact.

So too bad for this transaction.

Kangabitt, you literally know the least of it. This guy "cheapest gaget" is a cocky one. In his defense he told me that he has a very well paying job and he does eBay on the side just to "help us out."

And in my defense.. I have actually bought from him before and the bio claire product was in PERFECT condition.. I gave him positive feed back and everything. (obviously you didn't go through his PAST feed back. Come correct next time please;)

I feel that my negative feedback should be made public so the same thing won't happen to other ebayers... "DUH"

FYI: I was in constant communication with the eBay seller through email.
And you must seriously have a short attenton spand. I couldn't tell other ebayers about the issue in depth because there are only so many charaters you can use when leaving feed back. So I decided to leave the most straight forward/blunt sentence to get my point across.
And I've actually got emails from others asking me details about the incident.
So please get you facts straight before you have your spurts of word vomit.

I shouldn't need to point out that "Product used" uses only twelve of the 80 characters allotted for initial feedback in addition to the 80 characters allowed for follow-up. Twelve out of one hundred-sixty characters to identify the actual problem doesn't seem excessive to me. Your mileage may vary.

The purpose of feedback is to let others know the goods, the bads, the ins and the outs of eBay trading. With the new feedback rules, sellers will be more hesitant to sell to members who leave apparently frivolous feedback. The way it reads now, it just seems that you were not satisified with your USE of the product, not that the product was provided in an unusable condition. I think that's what's important for future buyers to know if it happened as you stated.

Further, had you taken the appropriate steps to satisfy your grievance as outlined earlier, you would have been out no money, as the item was significantly not as described.

I'm sorry that you don't like hearing that, but perhaps someone else will find the information contained in my posts to be useful.

Type bioclaire in Google, and whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM EBAY. Do not buy things like this from eBay.
