My name is Mary. My niece is missing from Phoenix City AL. but we are able to see her on myspace. I need to get her IP address so we know which town the police can search. Does anyone know how to get an IP address from myspace email? She has been gone for 6 days already.

Have you cnotacted your local police department. I would think that they could be able to do that.

Why don't you try to get in touch with the person that is charge of my space, maybe he can help.

Well,if she's logging in myspace on regular basis,she's is fine. And the fact she does not tell you where she is,means she don't want to be found. Unless you get a court order to obligate myspace to give you any info,you have nothing.

If your local police will not do anything, get with the police chief or talk with the State Attorney General. Of course they could be posting from a public coffee house, McDonalds or other places. And if they are using a dial up such as AOL it is almost impossible ( but not completely)

So you will need the police to do this.
