5mths pregnant to a guy that I don't love and don't want to be in a full time relation ship with, have told him that I just want to be friends that he can see the child, he now says that he is going to take me to court after the child is born to get full custody, can he do this, his father wanted me to abort, I don't want his dad near my child, what rights will his father have. Can the courts make me have a dna test, very confused over what my rights as a mother are.
