My computer won't let me install photoshop element 6.0
Okay.. this is how it started.. my sister decided to download some stuff which I do not know of and it like messed up my computer bad... so I rebooted so my computer works fine and is running pretty well. But when I try to run photoshop it said * we have encountered a problem.. or something like that... and I have to exit. So I try to install photoshop again but while it is installing it just suddenly stops and ask for the yellow dot pattern that I never remember existing.. so I click retry and still it won't go any farther than that.. so I have to cancel it. I do not know why and I really want to use my photoshop so if any one knows how to fix this problem it would be great :)

    Dear Herreraa1

Delete photoshop the normal way via the configuation panel .
After that remove anything still in program files referring to photoshop.
    Than re-install photoshop again.
The installation problems most probably occur because the old program files were not deleted.
Next time run a format c/u before reinstalling everything again.

Omg THANK YOU!! It installed it but when I click the edit button it won't run it. It says Adobe Photoshop Elements6.0 [Editor] has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. But when I click the Organizer one it will work... :?
