OK so I have a ? I had a baby and bleed three weeks and then stopped for 2 weeks and then bleed again for 4 days was this my first period or still postpartum bledding?? :confused:

If it stopped after the four days, was similar to your regular period, odds are it was your period making it's return. Sometimes bleeding may return shortly after birth due to overdoing it, but the timing would be on the mark for a period... especially if you aren't breastfeeding, which can often prolong it's return.
