    Dear Iqbal Chowdhury

Fortunately we have here in the EU rather strict laws on privacy.
So no : you are not entitled to any information of other people from any EU government.
Why don't you ASK your friend for details?

And why do YOU need such information?

In term of immigration, sometimes tiny mistakes could cause you months or years. If you do not meet the requirements, or if you have violated the laws in that country, you'd better have an immigration attorney take care of the matter for you.
