How do you convert a military drivers license into a commercial drivers license?

A commercial driver's license would be a CDL. You would have to take a written test and a road test to get a CDL issued to you. If you have the equivalent of a CDL with the military, then go to the DMV and talk to them. You may be able to forego the testing if your license is current with the military.
