In October of last year my two younger siblings were placed in foster care. In August of this year my dad goes back to court to get them back however he isn't stable enough to take care of them and neither is his wife which is there step mother. I however am the oldest sibling do I stand a chance of getting them... I have a wonderful job and am a part time student to become an LPN I also have a two bedroom place. I really need help I can't let them spend the rest of there lives with another family they are my heart. You will need to prove the father is unfit and that you can care properly for them. If you can do that, you stand a good chance of getting custody.
