It is one handle faucet, about 5 years old made in Israel
But I don't remember the brand. It was recommended by the plumbing supply house
The chatter occurs when asking for maximum flow from the hotwater At reduced`flow it does not chatter

    Any help would be appreceated

You haven't given us much to go on here but shut the water off to the valve and open it up. Tighten any loose screws and check for debris. Now turn the water back on to flush out the sopplies and open valve body. Reassemble and test. Let me know, Tom
