How do I clean spray paint off flagstone?
I have a light over spray of white spray paint on my flagstone walk.

What is the best way to remove the paint without damaging the flagstone?

    Thank you!

    Dear DMcD

Please specify the type of paint used and if the flagstones are treated or not.

The spray paint was Rustoleum (I was repainting a security door) and the flagtone is untreated.

    Thank you!

Assuming it was oil based, you'll need to remove it with some mineral sprits, a hard bristled brush and some elbow grease.

Lacquer thinner should dissolve the paint but some solvents may drive the pigment deep into the stone. You might want to do a small test with any solvent first. Have you tryied a pwer washer yet/ Some paints nearly dry as they float down to the fllor and don't have th stickinh power as you might imagine. Stone is a bit dusty and the power washer may blast this overspray right off.
