I have a 2000 sq ft home and I eed a new furnace and Air conditioner. I use natural gas so how many ton unit do I need?

You need to have a manual J and a manual D done by a professional to know the true amount of BTU's needed for both heat and cool. Doors, windows, wall insulation and a host of other items need to be calculated other wise it is a guessing game as can be seen by my attachment below. Best to have your contractor do the calculations so you will get the correct size.
