Someone I know has a teen child under 16. They say they are going to kick the teen out of their house. If this person puts their kid out on the street can I call law enforemecnt and report it? What will happen to this parent and to the child? They are not family so I have no legal recourse to intervene. They live a few hundred miles away from me as well.

You would want to call children and family services so they can investigate.

As fr chuck said you can call family and child services. I would call sooner rather than later if you think the threats are real that way they can open a case before the child is kicked out.
