    Updating a to a RTH7000
I have an old Honeywell thermostat (HH93AZ050) and want to install a new Honeywell RTH7000. My setup has a one unit under the house, and 2 zones (one for upstairs and one for downstairs) I am changing the upstairs to the rth 7000. The question is, the manual was not very clear, on this. The wires connected to the original thermostat was the red yellow white. There was several colors that was not connected, they wwas just tied back, and they were black, blue , brown ,orange , green and pink (which I state again for clarity, was tied back not connected)
From the manual we followed the setup for the "conventional heating and cooling" (page 9 from the manual ) this hooking up the red, yellow white ,green. Does this sound right, everything seems to be working, but the thermostat does not seem to be cooling to the setting we programmed in...
    Thanks for any response...

If it is working it must be OK. Did you putty the hole where the wires come out of the wall? In the set up feature did you pick out F or C for the temp read out if that selection was available?
