My brother in law has a wife who does absolutely nothing, doesn't work, doesn't contribute financially. They have no children together, but she has three sons from previous marriages, all over the age of 18. He no longer wants them in the house, but all attempt to get them to leave have failed. How do I legally remove them, even though their Mother doesn't want the removed? They are bleeding him dry, and having them removed by police only works for a few hours. He feels like the only way to get rid of them is to move away from his home, but this house has been in his family for generations and isn't paid for completely. They are all dead beats, but won't respect his wishes. Please tell me what legal options he has?

If the wife keeps letting the kids come back, then his only choice is to divorce the wifeand get them all out. As long as they remain married she has a right to have her kids come visit.
