What is ways to get over relationships with a woman.ive been with this woman for years and we can't get alone.we always at each other throat and I just looking for ways to get out of a relationship.its not healthy for niether one of us and I just want to end it.what should I do?

Tell her... explain to her how you feel & the reasons you no longer want to be in the relationship..

Don't lie to her.
Don't make excuses.
Don't avoid the topic.
Don't argue/accuse her.
Don't cheat on her.
Don't try to be her 'friend' afterward.

DO except her to be upset.
DO try to explain why you think this way, and why it is best.

If you don't think its healthy, then you are doing the right thing. Be strong and be honest - someday she will thank you if you are correct.

What stops you from just leaving? What are the hurdles other than emotional?

Clean, quick, cold, like pulling of a band-aid. Always the best way in the end.
