I put ice on my skin and now it is burned how can I get the color back

By giving your skin time to let it heal.
What actually happened is that you "burned" your skin.
This "burning" is the result of the temperature difference between something and your skin, being that either too hot or too cold.
There is nothing you can do about it. But time will heal it all.
