Hello, I'm having a problem with the power lock in the rear left door on my 1999 Camry. All the power locks work, except for this one. Manual locking and unlocking with its knob works perfectly OK. Any ideas what to look for to fix it? Thank you!

The door lock actuator is the culprit. It is mounted inside of the door and connected onto the lock control rod. When it begins to overheat or becomes too corroded over time, it will become sluggish and eventually stop working all together.Quote:

Thank you, Captain Rich! I will check if I can get the part somewhere and hopefully replace it (I will let you know if it worked or not). Have a great day!Quote:
