    How long would I wait if I file for an anullment
    I got married two months ago and its not what I expected so I want out as soon as possible like right now how long would it take for an anullment please help

    It may not even be possible, depends on the county you live in, and if in the US, what state. You may have to get a divorce. In fact you may have had to file an anullment before this,

    As for as getting out, move, now, you don't have to wait to move.

    I started annulment proceeding two or three months after the wedding. In NYS you have to have grounds for the annulment... hidden illness, hidden mental health diagnosis, marriage based on lies and a couple others...
