We purchased these in 2002 and just this Spring had problems. We have two of them. One works fine. One will only go on high speed, but will also switch directions and the light will come on and off. However we cannot get the Low and Medium Speed and the on off will not work, only by the switch on the wall. We have tried new batteries. Same problem. Please help as Harbor Breeze no longer had their own website or contact information. Thank you
