What happens if I break probation? Can they take me write there when I go see my probation or will they let me go and give me a court date? I have only 3 years left of probation and did a year in jail what do you think they will sentence me.. I was in there for fake checks. THANKS

Depends on what you do to break your probation. Normally if you break your probation, your PO will violate you, and you will get a warrant for your arrest. But the PO couild detain you while a warrnat is arranged.
After that you would be held till the hearing, what the judge does is up to the jduge from a warning and back on probation to serving the rest of our probation time in jail
