I'm 14 and I have the same problem like other people here, a small lump not very notice able and kind of behind the skin, no colour difference to the skin ither.
Also I have another problem I have small wight/yellowish flat lumps all on my scrotum and the bottom part of my penis.
Someone please help me just tell me what I can do.

The only proper advice in matters like these is : go and see a doctor !
No reason to worry : just let a medical doctor give you his/her opinion on this.
I doubt that anyone here is properly trained to provide you with more than personal views.
Are you perhaps embarrassed to drop your pants in front of a doctor?
