May I suggest visiting a Right to Life agency? Also, a visit to other social welfare agencies in your community may be helpful. As a new mother, she will have a right to her child, but her parents may make her life Hades on earth. She needs to gather lots of information, quickly. Probably first and foremost: is your friend ready to be a mother? Is her boyfriend ready to be a dad?

If they are in the US, "don't know" but in some states if she gives birth she can get emancipated, in many other states she can't, In some states if pregnant is would be allowed to marry the father.

In some states at 16 the father can be changed with rape since 16 is not the age of consent in some states.
