Hello, I need help with paralegal class

Could you be a tad more specific here please what sort of help do you need?

Let me see, I am a preacher, occupatoinal complaint?
I don't get paid enough, people sometimes fall asleep during my sermons, people don't call and let me know someone is in the hospital but they get mad when I don't visit, People don't donate enough money, they often expect me to be janitor, gopher, and pastor.
They expect my kids to be perfect while they put no standards on their own. They don't want me to make the rules, but yet they will not and leave it in meetings forever.
